E.coli|360-HCP Standard

Antigenic Material for Western blotting and as positive control for spike and recovery testing in ELISA. E.coli-HCP prepared from cell culture supernatants of Mock fermentation of E.coli subcell line BL21 fermentations in Mineral Medium and LB Medium, respectively. Standard concentration was estimated by Bradford with 0.5 mg/mL.
