  • Quality control of the antisera (first bleeding) using ELISA

  • Quality control of the antisera using ELISA (both peptides)
  • The animals will be kept after delivery of the antiserum
  • Synthesis of the phosphorylated peptide (12 aa + one phosphorylation, 15 – 20 mg, at least 80% purity, quality control by HPLC and MS)
  • Synthesis of the corresponding non-phosphorylated peptide (12 aa, 10 mg, at least 80% purity, quality control by HPLC and MS)
  • Conjugation of the phosphorylated peptide to a protein carrier 
  • Immunization of two rabbits according to a schedule over 42 days
  • Taking of pre-immune serum and 20 mL antiserum per rabbit
  • Quality control of the antisera using ELISA against the phosphorylated peptide
  • Affinity purification of up to 2 x 20 mL antiserum using three affinity columns: one loaded with Protein A, one loaded with the phosphorylated peptide and loaded with the unphosphorylated peptide
  • Delivery: samples of peptides, pre-immune serum, test serum, specific anti-phophopeptide and anti-non-phosphopeptide antibodies
  • The animals will be kept after delivery of the antibodies
