2D DIGE for Comparative Spot Pattern Analysis
The generation of suitable antigens for HCP antibody development, which represent the HCP population of a real product-production process, is crucial for a successful HCP ELISA project. 2D DIGE analyses are useful tools for comparing protein spot patterns and therefore assessing similarity. BioGenes offers comparative 2D DIGE analyses of HCP populations. The technique is further used as read-out for HCP coverage assessment by means of Immuno-Affinity-Chromatography (IAC). Next to qualitative pattern comparison, 2D DIGE can also be used to assess changes in protein abundance between samples.
