Immunisation of two rabbits according to a schedule over 28 days, delivery of pre-immune serum and 2 x 20 ml antiserum (quality controlled by semi-quantitative ELISA, if antigen is suitable for this)

Required amount of antigen: at least 1 mg, at a concentration of ~ 1 mg/ml
The animals will be kept after delivery of the antiserum/ antibodies.
