Guarantee Offer - Rabbit Antisera against a Protein
- Control of protein (should be at least 90% pure, amount required ca. 1,5 mg, conc. 0,5-1 mg/ml)
- Selection of animals whose pre-immune serum shows no reaction with the antigen
- Immunisation of 2 rabbits according to an individual protocol (up to three months, if the guaranteed titre is not reached after the standard immunisation schedule of 35 days)
- Determination of the antibody titre, guaranteed minimum titre 1:25.000
- Delivery of pre-immune sera and at least 100 ml antiserum with the guaranteed titre
- Complete documentation of the experiments including all protocols

The price for immunisation will only be taken into account, if the above mentioned services included in the offer have been fulfilled. The guarantee refers to the recognition of the used antigen in an ELISA system.
The animals will be kept after delivery of the antiserum/ antibodies.
