Production of monoclonal antibodies in cell culture will be carried out with hybridoma cells specifically developed at BioGenes.
For hybridomas with an antibody production rate of 30-50 mg/l BioGenes produces the monoclonal antibody to the following prices as affinity purified (protein A) product:

Additional re-cloning if necessary can be done in agreement with the customer and will be invoiced separately. In case that not sufficient information about the clone of interest is available, BioGenes offers a test production of a hybridoma cell line (prices on inquiry). The purified antibodies will be delivered in PBS as standard buffer.
Production from external clones
BioGenes also offers the production of monoclonal antibodies with hybridoma cells provided by the customer. Please send us your clone (2 cryo vials of the same batch) together with all information about the growth conditions and the specific growth medium and a mycoplasm certificate.
