Synthesis of modified peptides and conjugations

BioGenes offers standard synthesis and also special synthesis.

  • Multiple Antigen Synthesis (MAP) on the basis of PEG-resins. These MAP peptides can directly be used for immunisation without further conjugation to a carrier.
  • Synthesis with uncommon peptides, for instance: D-amino acid, N-methylamino acid, Hydroxy-Proline, phosphorylated amino acids (Tyr, Thr, Ser).
  • N-terminal modification of peptides: acetylation, palmitoylation, conjugation with fluorescent markers, biotinylation, prolongation with spacer molecules (Ahx or b-Ala), insertion of special groups for 125-Iodine marking or linker groups for selective conjugation of peptides to carrier proteins.

On inquiry we also offer C-terminal modified peptides.
