Peptide design

Starting with a protein sequence, we support you in choosing the suitable peptide for producing antibodies.

Peptide synthesis

On a scale of from 1 mg to 100 mg using multiple synthesis techniques (purity 50, 70 or 95%, HPLC and MS)

Synthesis of modified peptides

Incorporation of specific amino acids e.g. D-amino acids, phosphorylated amino acids (Tyr, Ser and Thr), glycosylated amino acids, N-methylated amino acids, hydroxyproline, selenocysteine
Cyclic peptides
Multiple antigenic peptide (MAP) Synthesis on the basis of PEG-resins, used for immunisation without further conjugation to a carrier.

Labelling

N-terminal and C-terminal labels e.g. biotinylation, fluorescence labels, spacer molecules (Ahx or b-Ala), acetylation, palmitoylation, insertion of special groups for 125-iodine labelling, linker groups for selective conjugation of peptides to carrier proteins
